  • SV305C is an entry-level planetary camera designed for color imaging. It excels in capturing planetary, solar, and lunar images, making it ideal for EAA.
  • The SV305C planetary camera utilizes the IMX662 sensor, a 1/2.8" back-illuminated sensor with a pixel size of 2.9um. This allows for a maximum charge of 38ke without overexposure.
  • The IMX662 sensor boasts low readout noise, no glow, and improved sensitivity in the red spectral band. It also enhances NIR performance.
  • To enhance user convenience, the SV305 planetary camera includes both a high-speed mode for planetary imaging and a long exposure mode for capturing images of the sky. These modes can be easily set with a single key press and saved for future use.
  • With its built-in 128MB DDRIII image buffer, the SV305C telescope camera ensures that frames are not lost or damaged even when the USB interface is busy or interrupted. Images are cached in the memory before transferring to the computer.
  • The SV305C color camera features an ROI function, allowing users to set any desired resolution. This enables the capturing of a smaller region of interest (ROI) while maintaining a constant image scale and increasing the capture rate.
  • Additionally, the SV305C camera includes a BIN function, enabling the merging of two adjacent pixels in a BIN2*2 configuration to improve camera sensitivity.
  • The protective glass that comes with the SV305 CMOS camera is equipped with a detachable design. This allows users to switch different filters according to their needs, thereby providing diverse shooting experiences.
  • When used with a 1.25-inch universal astronomical interface, the SV305C camera can be easily attached. It also features a CS interface at the front and comes with a CS-C adapter ring, enabling compatibility with C-mount and CS-mount lenses.
  • The SV305 planetary camera incorporates HCG noise reduction technology. In the HCG mode, which automatically activates when the gain is increased, readout noise is significantly reduced.
